Mad Hatter Rocker Girl!
Mad Hatter cakes are always fun!
This cake has chocolate cake filled with peanut butter dream filling in the top tier.
The middle tier is Banana cake with vanilla mousse and the bottom tier is white cake with strawberry buttercream!
The cake was designed for a little girl turning 6. She is a girly girl in a rocker sorta way! She is the cutest little thing! It is so fun to see the kids faces when they see their cakes! They get so excited.
I did some of the decoration upon delivery and the birthday girl got to help out!

Fall Vow Renewal Cake
This fall themed cake was for a very special occasion. A couple was renewing their vows.
The cake is alternating layers of Pumpkin Spice and White Almond cake with Caramel Meringue Buttercream filling. The icing is fondant with gumpaste leaves and fondant decorations.
The topper is also made from sugar, the couple initials TJM.

This weekends Wedding Cake!
The wedding cake is White Almond cake and Chocolate Fudge cake covered with Buttercream.
The Grooms cake was a surprise for the groom. It is Chocolate cake covered in Fondant. Everything is edible, even the blue and red on the lights! Yes, the lights work!

Fun cakes this week!
I am so excited about this week! I wish I could start now, but I want the cake to be fresh so I have to wait!
This week I get to make a fire truck and a police car! Along with a 3 tier wedding cake.
